Dr. Donald G. DeGraaf

Donald G. DeGraaf has been involved as a recreation programmer for almost 40 years, since taking his first professional position as an assistant recreation therapist in 1980.
During his career he has worked in organized camping, military recreation, therapeutic recreation, youth development, adventure education, study abroad, as well as served as United States Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines and as a Fulbright scholar in Indonesia.
After completing his Ph.D. in Recreation Management at the University of Oregon in 1992, he has taught at Longwood College, the University of Northern Iowa, and Calvin College most recently he has served as the Senior Director of Educational Programs at the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities which offers a wide variety of study abroad opportunities for students.
Throughout his teaching career he has led experiential learning experiences for college students in Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, Australia, Indonesia, Florida, Hawaii, Michigan and New Mexico. His teaching has focused on program management, experiential education, non-profit management, youth development and leisure and life satisfaction. He has co-authored thirteen textbooks and close to 100 articles related to these scholarly interests. He enjoys kayaking, cycling, traveling, reading and hanging out with his wife (Kathy) and their family.
Prof. Atara Sivan

Professor Atara Sivan is currently affiliated with the Hong Kong Baptist University’s Department of Education Studies. She served as the Head of the Department for six years and has held various other important positions within the university. Additionally, she is a Senior Fellow and has served as the President of the World Leisure Academy for 13 years.
She has made significant contributions to the field of leisure education, youth development, and learning environments and communities. She has authored and co-authored several books, including “Leisure Education Towards the 21st Century,” “Leisure Education, Community Development and Populations with Special Needs,” “Leisure Education in School Systems,” and “Leisure from International Voices.”
Professor Sivan has played key roles in various organizations related to leisure, including the World Leisure Organization (WLO), World Leisure Journal and has been an active member of the WLO Board of Directors.

憑藉在校傑出的公開演講，Rita是參加了杜克大學法學院的模擬法庭辯論隊，亦成為哈佛大學的模擬聯合國成員。
畢業後，Rita 在花旗銀行和美國律師事務所從事法律工作，並與丈夫於 2015 年在香港共同創立一家創新型初創企業盛滙商舖基金，其後更在教育領域大展拳腳。
Rita在幼兒園和小學任教中得到啟發，要教學生“未來的語言”—— 用數據分析和研究，幫助學生發表有效和有說服力的演講，使學生脫穎而出，並使他們在學術和生活追求中充滿自信和邁向成功。
Rita 目前正在完成她的幼兒教育研究生學位，亦是童子軍協會培訓委員會的成員。她堅信需要終身學習，並專注於利用科技在教學中以優化學生的學習成果 。
Dr. Samuel G. Roberson,

Dr. Roberson is currently an Assistant Professor – Human Performance and Recreation at Claflin University where he instructs all Recreation courses.
Dr. Roberson is a 2017 recipient of a South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities, Inc. (SCICU): Excellence in Teaching Award and a recipient of the 2012 White House Champion of Change Award for his impactful work with youth and community.
His applied research and scholarship focus areas are youth development outcomes and capacity building, social support at camps, healthy living, and program evaluations.

Dr. Dora Ho
幼兒教育顧問
何彩華博士是前香港教育大學幼兒教育學系的副教授和副系主任。目前，她是一位教育顧問和研究人員。她也是香港教育大學早期教育教育證書研究生課程的客座講師，該課程是世界銀行資助的柬埔寨早期教育發展項目的一部分。
Dora的研究興趣包括學校領導和管理、教育政策和教師專業發展。她是學校領導變革方面的積極研究者。她的許多研究項目關注領導在帶領學校層面的變革中的作用。
Dora一直擔任和諧之家董事局的董事和香港小童群益會服務發展及管理委員會的成員。為支持早期教育的發展，她是本地五所幼稚園的學校經理。
鍾樹森博士

鄧薇先博士

鄧薇先博士從事小學教育工作逾五十年。致力於引進、培訓和應用世界各地優良教學法。是香港小學基礎教育改革的先鋒，對推動基礎教育貢獻良多。
香港中文大學教育博士、香港大學教育碩士、香港中文大學教育學士。
鄧博士曾任職位：中華基督教會香港區會基灣小學上午校教師、浸信會呂明才小學下午校校長、浸信會沙田圍呂明才小學創校校長及香港愛群道浸信會呂郭碧鳳幼稚園校監 (1992-2012) [該園獲頒*「香港傑出幼稚園」*名銜。]
現自行從事教育課程研究，並提供香港及國內學校教育顧問服務。
鄧博士擁廣泛社會服務經驗，曾任香港教育委員會、師資師訓委員會、優質教育基金督導委員會成員等公職。
